If You’re Tired of Pretending You’re Okay, This Is For You...

  "How are you?" is one of the most common questions that we get every day. And, our most common answer to that common question is, I’m fine. If you grew up learning to smile through pain… or you're often told you're "too sensitive" when you express your true feelings or your needs, this is for you. I want to tell you this today. You weren’t too sensitive. You were just unheard. And maybe… you’re still carrying that silence today. It wasn’t your job to be strong all the time. But no one told you that.
