The Story Behind My Healing Work
With a deep passion for emotional healing, I’ve spent the past few years creating gentle, heartfelt content for platforms like Psych2Go, one of the world’s largest mental health communities. My work is rooted in compassion and clarity, aiming to help others feel seen, understood, and supported as they navigate their emotions, relationships, and inner healing journey.
Here is one of my works about understanding anger:
I created this video because anger is something so many of us carry quietly. Sometimes it comes out in ways we don’t mean, and other times we push it so far down that it starts to hurt us from the inside. In a healing space, I think it’s important to remind ourselves that anger is not wrong; it’s a response, a messenger. This video is for anyone who’s been afraid of their own anger or has never been given the tools to express it safely. My hope is that it helps you feel seen and gently guides you toward expressing your emotions without shame.
I also made a mini sketch on "suppressed anger" on my Facebook page - This is my random life.
Sometimes the anger we carry isn’t just random; it comes from being hurt, betrayed, or manipulated by people we trusted. When someone twists your words, gaslights you, or crosses your boundaries, it builds this quiet rage inside that we often don’t know how to express.
That’s why I also contributed to a video on “Signs of Manipulation to Watch Out For” because recognizing manipulation is the first step. But this video is about what comes after: the anger that stays with you, even after the person is gone. This is for anyone who’s been told they’re “too sensitive” or “too angry” when really, they were just reacting to something deeply unfair.
Here are a few of the videos and content I’ve worked on. I’ve been deeply involved in shaping the topics, scripting, and overall direction. Many of these ideas started from things I personally felt passionate about and wanted to explore.
